‘Milleen Constructions were engaged for the Hunter Medical Research Institute (HMRI) Medical Resonance Imaging (MRI) Centre Enabling Works Package. These works included piling, foundations and earthworks for a new facility to house a state-of-the-art MRI machine at HMRI. The foundations for the buildings were of significant importance as they not only had to be constructed such that there would be no settlement or vibration that could affect the MRI machine, but also to strict tolerances to allow following trades to install modular buildings which were being fabricated off-site.


Milleen Constructions performed the works to a high quality and within program. They were well organised throughout the project and very cooperative.’

Coles Waratah Building Improvement Works

Coffey was engaged by Nekon Pty (Waratah Village Property Owners) as the Superintendent for The Coles Waratah Building Improvement Works completed in November 2013.
