CPP Smeaton Grange Substation
In 2015 our client contracted Milleen to carry out the structural/civil contract for the construction of a new 66/11kV substation for a private client in Smeaton Grange NSW.
Transgrid Mandalong Transmission Line 24 Cruciform Footings
In 2016, our client Transgrid contracted Milleen construct 3x new cruciform foundations on 3 existing 330kV Transmission towers. Each foundation was in excess of 100 m3 of concrete and required temporary support of the towers whilst modifications to the tower legs were carried out.

Smeaton Grange Substation
Our client contracted Milleen to carry out the structural/civil contract for the construction of a new 66/11kV substation for a private client in Smeaton Grange NSW.
Parramatta River Boardwalk Pile Driving
Our client contracted Milleen to carry out installation of turpentine marine piles from a barge on the Parramatta River. This involved loading of our 26t excavator onto the barge by crane at hte Sydney cruise ship terminal, transportation up the river by barge & installation of piles. All this was carried out while co-ordinating with the river cat service, and with minimal disturbance to the mangrove swamp covering the river banks. These piles provide a solid foundation for a new viewing boardwalk for the Promenade No2 Development.
Sapphire Wind Farm 330kV S/Station Bulk Earthworks & Drainage
Our client contracted Milleen to carry out the bulk earthworks & drainage contract for the construction of a new 330/33kV substation as part of the Sapphire Wind Farm Project, just outside Glenn Innes NSW.
