Orica is implementing a tertiary abatement project at its Kooragang Island facility to reduce nitrous oxide emissions from its Nitric Acid Plants (NAP1, NAP2, and NAP3). This project involves installing catalytic reduction systems, expected to decrease greenhouse gas emissions by approximately 95%.
Milleen was contracted to deliver the Civil SOW as part of a wider ongoing relationship with Orica built on a long history of successfully completed complex projects on the Kooragang Island site.
